- Project analysis.

- Report to: Division Manager.

- Manage team size 5 - 15 members at least.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from IT (software or Information System) university or equivalent.

- At least 4 year-experience in PROJECT MANAGER Position.

- 3 years professional experience in Web/Internet or software development.

- Have technical knowledge about PHP, .Net, JAVA and Mobile.

- Have experience working with eCommerce/CMS Platform.

- Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working, etc.

- Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading.

- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to- lead.

- Excellent communication in English.

Preferred:

- Experience with Agile model.

- Work experience in foreign companies/ overseas education.

Mô Tả Công Việc

- Participate in software, ecommerce, web development projects.

- Contribute to the system architecture design.

- Design & implement changes/extensions to meet customer’s requirements & deadlines.

- Perform the code review, code refactor if required.

- Identify and resolve defects.

- Design scalable and flexible E-Commerce architectures.

- Build the effective communication bridge between business and technical teams.

- Review suggested architecture with the development team, taking into account their feedback.

- Regarding architecture approach, complexity of the solution and its effectiveness.

- Help to prioritize technical requirements in accordance with business needs.

- Participate in R&D activities.

- Solve Production issues with performance, stability and scalability.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 5+ years of the overall experience with Web application, PHP, MVC.

- At least 3+ years of the production experience as a Technical/Team Leader.

- Expert in OOAD (Object Oriented Architecture & Design).

- Profound knowledge of ZEND framework (PHP).

- Strong knowledge and solid experience with OOP, DI/IoC, SOLID principles, Design Patterns and software development best practices.

- Strong knowledge of performance optimization and security for web application from client-side to server side.

- Knowledge of any RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.

- Working with eCommerce/CMS Platform (CodeIgniter, Yii, Symphony, Drupal) especially Magento 1, Magento 2, Zend).

- Deployment management experience, using tags and automation across multi-server environments.

- Experience scaling large Magento instances, and optimizing core functionality where necessary.

- Experience with message queue systems (beanstalkd, Rabbitmq etc) and associated multi- threading best practices.

- Familiarity with Redis cache server, Solr, Elasticsearch.

- Comfortable with the Unix command line.

- Integration with external Payment Processors and understanding of related concepts such as

- Hosted payment pages, direct API integration, and tokenization.

- Extension of commerce sub-systems such as promotions, pricing, inventory, and customer service.

Preferred:

- Source Control (TFS, SVN), Task management tools (Jira, Basecamp, Redmine).

- Cloud Computing environment.
